Do you ship internationally?

We do! If you’re unsure whether or not we’ll be able to ship to you, send us an email and we’ll check before you order.

International orders are shipped standard from the US Postal Service, and it is possible that local duties or taxes may apply when you pickup your item from customs. We cannot be certain of whether or not these will occur, and therefore cannot take responsibility for these charges.

Once your items leave the USA, they are subject to local customs and shipping. If you decline to retrieve your package from customs within their turn around time and it is shipped back to us, it is your responsibility to purchase additional shipping.  

I am purchasing your jewelry as a gift, what should I know?

First, if you need your items by a specific date, email us before you place your order, so that we can confirm whether or not desired turnaround time can be met.

Second, if you would like your items shipped to a different address than your own (or you change the address after submitting your order) ensure that the address and information is an exact match to whom you would like the item shipped.

Third, if you would like a note added to your gift shipment, email us as we would be glad to help!

how long will my order take to arrive?

Each piece is hand crafted from beginning to end. Depending on the intricacy of the piece and amount ordered, your total order typically takes between 2 and 8 weeks to ship. Once shipped, USA customers can expect their items in a few days, and international customers may experience varied shipping times based on local postal services.

If during this time you would like to add to or modify your order, please reach out to us via email. Any change or addition to an order may increase the turnaround time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, let us know via email, as we are happy to discuss options to ensure your complete satisfaction with our jewelry.
